Initial data
A young man named Alex Brill have reported seeing a bright glowing orange object in the sky over Billingshurst, UK. He said he was flying high and flared before he began to accelerate and then disappeared.
He was walking with a friend at about 22:30 when I noticed this phenomenon.
"It looked too fast and too bright to be a satellite," he said. "It was a strong light for 10 seconds, and then it became brighter and brighter. I watched it for about a minute. It happened over my head, and then disappeared. It was weird. I'm an air cadet, and I know how to look different types of aircraft at night. I know it wasn't something "normal".

A young man named Alex Bridle reported seeing a bright glowing orange object in the sky over Billingshurst, UK. He said it was flying high up and saw it flash brightly just before it began to speed up and then disappeared.
The objects visit coincides with comet Neowise. The comet was visible between July 15-23 and I reported another UFO sighting near Neowise last week here in Taiwan. This is more proof that Neowise does have UFOs going to and from the comet as it comes close to earth. Other UFO sightings have seen bright bursts of light right before the UFO shot off at tremendous speed...except now...we know where it was going...Neowise!

News states:
He was on a walk with a friend at around 10.30pm when he spotted the phenomenon. “It looked way too fast and too bright to be any sort of satellite,” he said. “It was a solid light for 10 seconds and then started getting lighter and brighter regularly. I watched it for about a minute. It came overhead and then disappeared. It was strange. “I’m an air cadet and I know what different types of aircraft look like at night. I know it wasn’t something ‘normal’.
Hypotheses
Satellite

Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.
