Four witnesses saw a bright metal disk with a bright red dome, moving from the northeast to the South. Around the perimeter of the bottom side was visible for 15-20 bright red rotating lights.

The object changed direction to the West, stopped, hovered for a few seconds, and then accelerated to the West. No sound was heard.
