On the road near the French village of Saint-Pasan Mr. Billon, and his friend saw hovering in a field glowing in different colors, almost square object that was very close to the ground. They could see two beings growth of about 1 meter, which quickly went in front of the object. Witnesses watched, being approximately 100 metres away. Creatures, it seemed, was dressed in a dark brown form. After the incident, the witnesses were in shock.

They could see two figures about 1 meter in height walking back & forth very rapidly in front of the object. The witnesses watched the scene from about 100 meters away. The figures appeared to be wearing brown-green colored uniforms. The witnesses were in a state of shock after the incident.
