Initial data
The man who posted this picture on the Internet, made it back in July of this year, when I look at a livestock farm near his home. It happened in Idaho, USA. American farmer filmed the livestock buildings and not even notice that accidentally caught in the camera lens is cigar-like UFO, which at high speed flew over the farm.
Here is how he explains what happened:
I examined the animals and filmed it all on camera, just in case, as it sometimes allows to detect any economic failures, helps to keep statistics. I did during the filming did not notice unusual. And then, too. But at some point watching this video on the computer, I saw him touch flashed for a split second, whether the defect, which surprised me because the camera was new and to remove technical noise could not. Then I slowed down viewing, increased footage and... were simply stunned: the resulting photograph is clearly visible UFO in the form of cigars, and some antennas at the top.
American only now decided to put a photo with a UFO in the Internet, because at first he thought it no wonder that this is his personal problem. But she continued to torment him, on the one hand, a doubt, and with another – even fears (why are aliens flying over his farm?)
The UFO was clearly moving with great speed, says the farmer, why human eyes were not able to notice it. But he flew still too slow in order to avoid being caught by the camera. And therefore the question arises – how much and how often the apparatus of the aliens scurrying around my house and my farm?
Users of the Internet agreed with American that it is really a UFO and not a bird or a hindrance when shooting, however, they do not agree with his fears. The case of a farmer from Idaho, once again proves that aliens are constantly flying on their fantastic devices, and across the planet, but we don't see too much speed from these mysterious UFOs. But... modern cameras do not notice the intruders...

Hypotheses
Objects in motion, captured on a long exposure

Most often this artifact is called skayfish if the lens gets a passing bird or insect. It is based on the discrepancy between the speed of the video and the frequency of the flapping of insect wings. Essentially, each video drops a few strokes of the wings of an insect, which when viewed looks like "arrow", provided with long protuberances. The motion of the insect by its translucent body seems to "boom" and vibration of the wings give the appearance of bumps.
Investigation
This particular form of "skayfish" get in quick span of birds in front of the camera in the shooting moment. This hypothesis is confirmed by the words of the witness: "never during filming did not notice unusual. And then, too. But at some point watching this video on the computer, I saw him touch flashed for a split second".
