Un testigo caminaba con su perro por Notre Dame Boulevard cuando accidentalmente miró a la izquierda al otro lado de la calle, donde había una serie de edificios de apartamentos de dos pisos.
Luego vio a un "hombre" flotando en el aire como si estuviera atado a un paracaídas. Lo único es que no había paracaídas sobre la figura. Se apresuró a la parte trasera del complejo de apartamentos y no se vio ningún hombre ni un paracaídas allí. Desapareció por completo.

He then saw a “man” floating down through the air like when someone would if he was attached to a parachute. The only thing was there was no parachute above the figure. He hurried to the rear of the apartment complex and there was no sign of a man or a parachute. It had completely disappeared
