Meteor
Meteor, "shooting star" is a phenomenon that occurs when small meteor bodies (for example, fragments of comets or asteroids) burn up in the Earth's atmosphere. A similar phenomenon of greater intensity (brighter than magnitude -4) it's called a fireball.
Subject when shooting with flash or backlight
Reflection of the flash on objects and small living creatures that are out of focus at the time of photographing.
Investigation
A passing object is most likely a meteor, and the "power cable" is a web reflecting light relatively close to the camera (the location does not correspond to the wires coming from the pole). To confirm the version with the web, it is necessary to find out the exact location of the shooting and check whether the cable passes there during the daytime or not.
