Initial data
The following statement was provided by /u/CrystalProgrammer :
Location: February 16, 2023, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 18:43.
Taken at 6:45 p.m. while walking with my girlfriend, and I still can't figure out what the hell we saw, we assumed it could have been several astrological phenomena, but none of the phenomena I could find matched it. I've considered a comet, re-entry or rocket takeoff, a fireball, and several others, but none of them fit. Neither the plane nor the satellite match what we've seen, so I'm very interested to hear the opinions of others here.

Managed to film this UFO over Colorado Springs on Feb 16, 2023. Orb(s) of light or plasma with very unusual characteristics and incredibly odd movement.

Setting: 2/16/2023 Colorado Springs, CO at 6:43pm.
Filmed at 6:45pm while out walking with my girlfriend, and I am still unable to properly understand what the hell we saw, we hypothesized several astrological phenomena it may have been, but none of the phenomena I could find matched this. I considered a comet, rocket re-entry or take-off, ball lightning, and a few others but none seemed to match. No plane nor satellite matches what we saw either, as such I am very interested to see the opinions of others here.
Hypotheses
Satellite

Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.
Investigation
It can be assumed that these satellites are flashing, passing through a certain point. Since there are many of them, it is likely that this is a "train of satellites" of Starlink, which move one after another, being at some distance.
