On March 22, the author of the original material received this message from my friend Todd Fraser along with a mobile phone photo taken by his daughter's friends.
- The time is approximately 19:00 (note: 23:28 is indicated on the phone screen?)
- Location - towards Werner
- The story is told by Jamie Quesnel.
On the way to Werner, the witness (Derek) noticed an object with 3 fixed red lights in the sky and bright lights below it.
The object remained stationary for 15 minutes, giving Derek enough time to take a picture on his mobile phone. The lights appear white in the picture.
The witness does not understand why the inaccuracy in the picture is because he observed red lights. When the witness looked at his phone and looked at the object again, it was not there.

Location: Near Verner, Ontario
On March 22, I received this message from my friend Todd Fraser, along with a cell phone photo that was taken by some friends of his daughter.
"Time- Approximately 7pm (note: info on phone screen says 11:28 pm?)
Location- Going towards Verner
Details- Story told to Jamiee Quesnel by witnesses.
While driving towards Verner, the witness (Derek) observed an object with 3 stationary red lights in the sky and bright lights underneath it.
The object remained stationary for 15 minutes, giving Derek enough time to take a picture with his cell phone. In the picture, the lights appear white.
The witness does not understand why the discrepancy in the picture because he was observing red lights. When the witness looked at
his phone and looked back at the object, it was gone."
