Initial data
While fishing on the Vermillion River, a resident of Sudbury (PM) saw an unusual light that came from the west and headed south at an angle of 20° when it disappeared behind the treetops. Then, after about 2 seconds, he watched a light come out from behind the treetops, heading in the same direction it came from, at an incredible speed.
It was about 22:00, the night was clear. He said the light was like a shooting star. It never flashed, and its color was not the same as a star; it was yellowish-blue in color. Not a sound.
