The witness went to investigate in search of a place where they could build a camp for deer in the upcoming season. He left the day before and cleared the space for the construction of the stand.
He arrived at the site early in the morning with the rest of the supplies needed to complete the stand. He remembers looking at his watch when his cell phone rang. It was a friend who was supposed to help him, telling him that he wouldn't be able to get there this morning, he chatted with him for a few minutes before hanging up.
He went down the stairs to get more nails from his truck, happened to look across the field and saw a dark object in the distance. He thought it was miles away from his location: and didn't think about it, pulled the nails out of the back of his truck and climbed the ladder again to finish the fastenings. When he was done with the rack seat, he climbed up on it to check its comfort and make sure it was properly secured and safe to hunt with.
As soon as he sat down, the wind picked up a little, and he looked around to check his visibility, and was shocked by what he saw. When he looked to the left, toward the cornfield, he saw a huge black object hovering low just above the cornfield and disappearing behind the forest to the south of the field.
He got down from the podium and decided to go in the direction where the object disappeared. At first, he thought he was imagining it, because it made absolutely no sound, but was still less than 100 yards (90 m) away. As soon as he managed to cross the stream and make his way to the edge of the field, he saw the object that was now lying on the ground. He was filled with curiosity. He was afraid of what he was looking at, but somehow he was drawn to it. He couldn't explain the overwhelming feeling that he needed to get closer to it. It seemed that something was pulling him towards the object.
After standing there, he walked about 30 yards (27 m) along the forest line and about 60 feet (18 m) away from it. He thinks he was behind the object. Suddenly, he looked at the cornfield and saw two "people" walking towards the object.
He thought they were "children," started waving his arms back and forth, and suddenly realized that he couldn't shout or say a word. Here he was very frightened. As the supposed children came closer, he could now see that they were not children at all, but dwarf people, their skin yellowish, and their eyes very large.
In the end, he doesn't even remember going back to his truck and driving away, but he never went back there. He also had very "vivid" dreams after the meeting.

It was a friend that was to suppose to be helping him telling him that he could not make it down there that morning, he chatted with him for several minutes before hanging up. He climbed down the ladder to get more nails from his truck and happened to look across the field and he saw a dark object in the distance. He thought it was a few miles from his Location: and thought nothing of it, got the nails from the bed of his truck and climbed back up the ladder to finish bracing. Once he finished the seat portion of the stand, he climbed up on it to check the comfort and make sure it was braced properly and would be safe to hunt from. As soon as he sat down the wind picked up a little and he looked around to check out his line of sight and was shocked by what he saw. When he looked to his left, out in a cornfield, he saw a huge black object hovering low, just above the corn and the disappear behind the woods just south of the field. He climbed down from the stand and decided to go in the direction where the object had vanished. At first he thought he had imagined the whole thing because it made absolutely no sound and yet it was less than 100 yards from him. Once he managed to cross the creek and make his way to the edge of the field he could see the object which was now on the ground. A feeling of curiosity came over him. He was afraid of what he was watching but somehow was drawn to it. He couldn’t explain the overwhelming feeling that he had to get closer to it. It felt like something was pulling him towards the object. After standing there, he walked about 30 yards just along the wood-line and approximately 60ft from it. He thinks he was behind the object. Suddenly, he looked over toward the cornfield and saw two ‘people’ walking toward the object. He thought that they ‘were kids’ and started waving his arms back and forth and suddenly realizes that he cannot yell or say a word. At this point he was extremely frightened. When the supposed kids got closer he now could see that they were not kids at all but midget-like people and their skin was yellowish and they had very large eyes. In the end he doesn’t even remember getting back to his truck and leaving but he has not been back down there again. He has also experienced very ‘vivid’ dreams after the encounter.
