In Fayette County, Pennsylvania, a man walking his dog on March 18, 2012, said he heard a whistling sound in the sky.
Looking up, he saw a large flying creature that seemed to be a dragon. He estimated the creature was about 22 feet (6.6 m) long and had a wingspan of about 18 feet (5.4 m). The body was shiny and reflective. The head was shaped like a cone with claws instead of fingers.
He said that his mouth and eyes lit up with an ominous orange light.
