Carre Obregón walked around her neighborhood while it was still dark (she lives in a suburb surrounded on at least three sides by extensive woodlands).
She happened to see something out of the corner of her eye as she was walking, and when she looked in that direction, she saw what initially impressed her - a very small, completely white man squatting on the ground in an alley about 25 feet (7.5 m) from her.
It was still dark, and it was raining moderately, so she couldn't get a good look at the creature. However, she was able to describe him as about 2.5 feet (0.7 m) tall if standing, and completely white all over, either covered in very smooth fur or just very white skin. He was squatting on the ground and seemed to have tiny, deft hands, like a very small person.
She couldn't see his head or face clearly, but she could make out either the hair sticking out around his head or some spikes. She hurriedly left the place.

It was still somewhat dark with moderate rain falling, so she was not able to get a detailed look at the creature. She was however able to describe it as about 2½ ft tall if it had been standing, and entirely white all over its body, either covered in very sleek fur or just very white skin. It was seated on its haunches and appeared to have tiny, dexterous hands like a very small person might. She was not able to see its head or face clearly but was able to make out either hair sticking out around its head or some sort of spines. She hurriedly walked away from the area.
