Witness Mike Felice saw a giant bird-like creature flying over the surrounding area. A 19-year-old man driving along Pennsylvania Route 119 reported what he described as "flags flying during a thunderstorm" coming from his car.
When he looked up, he was startled to see what looked like a bird with a wingspan of 3-4. 5 meters (10-15 feet) and a strange oblong head flying above him.
