The witness went out about a mile from his home to film Hale Bopp's comet when he saw a bright square light hovering overhead. It became very cold, and the witness noticed a smell that resembled ether. He continued to shoot the object.
Soon after, he went home and was told that he had been gone for 4 hours. He thought he'd only been gone for 45 minutes.
He was also informed that an unknown bright ship flew over the house at a low altitude. Later, when he checked the video, he claimed to have captured the object and the strange creatures on film. There is no other information.
