On February 6, 1997, Dr. Martin Feldman was driving at night on Interstate 78 to his home in Big Springs, Texas, when his headlights fell on a very tall figure next to the road.
He was scared even before he saw the creature's face, because he could already see that the shape was very strange and huge. As he passed the creature, he noticed that it was not someone in fancy dress or disguise, but a humanoid form with a head, chest, arms, legs, etc. In the "reptile" aspect. Its body was covered with scales, its eyes were shining and bulging like a frog's eyes, and it had a very wide mouth with no lips.
Feldman, terrified, ran at full speed. The next day he returned, accompanied by the district commissioner of Police, but they found only a few very vague traces.

He felt scared even before seeing the being’s face because he could already see that the shape was very strange and enormous. As he passed the being, he noted that it was not someone in fancy dress or disguize, but a humanoid shape, with head, chest, arms, legs etc., of “reptilian” aspect. The body was covered with scales, the eyes were shining and protuberant like frog’s eyes, it had a very wide mouth with no lips. Feldman fled in terror at top speed. He came back the next day accompanied by the county Comissionner of Police, but they only found a few very vague footprints. The Commissionner and his assistant both believed the story because they already had previous reports of the sane type of creature in the district.
