The witness, a nursing home worker, suffered greatly from dizziness as a side effect of medication and could only walk by holding on to furniture.
During this time, she had a dream in which she saw four men four feet tall (1.2 m) with overalls and hoods on their faces. They were holding a mysterious box. Suddenly, she felt herself being thrown back onto the bed, and the entities were gone.
She was sweating profusely. She went to the bathroom, where she found that she had recovered from her dizziness. She also reports it immediately after going to the toilet; the heavy object hit the roof and "ran across it".

They were holding a “mysterious box.” She suddenly felt herself being slammed back onto the bed, and the entities were gone. She was sweating profusely. She went to the bathroom where she discovered that she was cured of her dizziness. She also reports that right after going to the bathroom; a heavy object struck her roof and ran across it.
