Over the past five years, the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas have been the scene of a huge number of UFO sightings. The number of reports is so high that I believe this area has the highest number of unprocessed UFO sightings in the entire world. These reports are documented in my book Night Siege: The Hudson Valley UFO Sightings, which I co-authored with the late Dr. J. R. R. Tolkien. allen hynek and mr. bob pratt.
many ufo researchers over the years have asked me if there have been any cases of close contact and abduction in the hudson valley. My answer to most of the questions was no. I admitted to only a few that there had been many cases of kidnappings. This denial of such cases was made at the request of Dr. Hynek, as he wanted "Night Siege: The Hudson Valley UFO Sightings" to document the many UFO reports in the Hudson Valley. Hynek also wanted to keep these cases under wraps until we got more sightings in the area.
With so many reports over the years and ongoing sightings, it was only a matter of time before the growing number of kidnappings in the Hudson Valley was addressed.
To date, I have been contacted by at least 75 people who feel they have had more than just observation. out of 75, 25 are suitable for further study. Of these twenty-five, ten have a professional education. Everyone doesn't want publicity. In this article, I will look at two of these cases. At the request of witnesses, I changed their names to protect them. I would also like to inform the reader that Whitley Strieber, author of the best-selling book "Communion", took place in the Hudson Valley area.
Since the publication of his book, many people have told incredible stories, people who would otherwise be silent.
On July 2, 1987, I received a call from a 36-year-old woman from Toms River, New Jersey, whom I will call Gail. Gail was very concerned on the phone and insisted that she tell me about the UFO experience she had.
In the last half of June (1987), when she was lying on the bed, she felt a little uneasy, as if someone was watching her. The time was 22: 00.
Then she heard a voice say:
"We came for you... you won't be hurt."
Then she realized that her entire body was paralyzed, and she could only move her eyes. Gail was lying on her back. She was alone in the house at the time, but lives there with her seventeen-year-old daughter, who has gone to visit her father in Croton Falls, New York, Gail is divorced.
The three creatures, dressed in what looked like tight-fitting coveralls, stood in a row, one behind the other. The light in the hall was dim, and she couldn't see their features. She noticed that they were about five feet tall with very long arms. The leader, Gail said, seemed to have a hard time getting into the room. it's as if some invisible shield is blocking his path. He raised his hands and pressed them against the invisible shield.
Then the leader took a rod from his side pocket and turned the lower part of it. Then the rod glowed green, and he passed it over the doorway. Then, without any effort, they entered the room. As they entered the room, still lined up in a single column, she noticed that they had large heads and cat-like eyes wrapped around their heads. She had never heard them talk, but she could hear all sorts of buzzing sounds in her head as the leader communicated with the others.
Gail tried to scream, but she couldn't, she could only move her eyes. The leader stood to her right, and then one of them went to the foot of the bed, and the other to the left side of the bed. Then the creatures on either side of her put their hands under her head and lifted her up.
Then she noticed that the one on her left had picked up a tube made of what looked like a narrow roll of white cotton and was pushing it up her left nostril. At that moment, she felt a severe pain in her head, and then began to lose consciousness. It seemed to her that she was falling from a great height, and then she did not remember.
The next thing she remembers is waking up at 8: 00 with a very bad headache. When she went to the bathroom, her nose (both nostrils) started bleeding. She thought she had something stuck in her nose, but there was nothing. She looked in the bathroom mirror and noticed that her nose was swollen. She noticed a rash on her neck, legs, and some on her arms.
she hoped that what she had experienced last night had been a dream, and tried to put it out of her mind. When her daughter came home that night, she told her what had happened. gail told me that even before she finished her story, her daughter started shaking, and then told her that the same night, around the same time that she and her father were followed by a ufo on route 116 near croton falls, new york.
she described to her mother a large, dark, triangular-shaped ship that had been pacing the car for five minutes above tree level.
I found this report very interesting, as Croton Falls is near the border of Westchester and Putnam counties in New York, and this lone route has been the site of more than one close encounter in the past five years. I also found it interesting that both mother and daughter experienced paranormal phenomena at the same time.
In this case, there is more to it than meets the eye. The daughter and father, according to my conclusions, could have missed as much as thirty minutes.
I plan to have Gail hypnotized by a certified psychologist in the near future. The story doesn't end there.
A few weeks later, Gail called me and said it had happened again.
she said:
"These creatures came back at the same time and did the same thing."
She continued:
"Like I was watching a movie when they first arrived, they did the same thing. Including problems with getting into the bedroom. My daughter has gone to visit her father again."
The case is still being investigated, but initial results suggest that both Gail and her daughter may have a history of interacting with the mind behind the UFO phenomenon.

These reports are documented in my book “Night Siege: The Hudson Valley UFO Sightings,” which I co-authored with the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek and Mr. Bob Pratt.

There is more to this case than meets the eye. The daughter and father, according to my findings, may have had as much as thirty minutes missing time.
I plan to have Gail undergo hypnosis in the near future by a certified psychologist. The story does not end here.
Several weeks later, I received a call from Gail telling me that it happened again.
She said, “Those creatures came back the same time and they did the same thing”.
She continued: “It was as if I was watching a movie of the first time they came, they did exactly the same thing. Including having trouble getting into the doorway to the bedroom. My daughter was once again away visiting her father.”
This case is still under study, but initial findings indicate that both Gail and her daughter may have a history of interactions with the intelligence behind the UFO phenomenon.
