Witness from Cambridge (England) says:
I used the Panasonic 4k 2160p camcorder (25 x optical zoom and 1500 x digital zoom, good enough to see the bee in the fireplace for hundreds of meters!) Absolutely crazy shape shifting UFO.

Date of sighting: July 21, 2019
Location of sighting: Cambridge, UK
I love this sighting because everything about it falls into place well and screams legit. The person who recorded it usually films planes and wildlife so he has an eye for detail. He has a great camera with an incredible zoom on it. So when he noticed this UFO in the sky, it didn't stand a chance at escaping. This UFO has the fuzzy outer area which most do due to the alien propulsion system. Absolute proof that aliens are watching Cambridge.

Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies

The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Objects and light sources out of focus

When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.
Investigation
Based on the start and end frame video, it may be an ordinary celestial body (star), which was shot with a large zoom and moved due to hand shake of the operator.
