En un estado de ensueño en la casa en la que vivía con su novia, un testigo se vio a sí mismo durante una operación quirúrgica realizada por una criatura que estaba sentada en una silla en una habitación pequeña bajo la supervisión de uno o dos hombres con trajes oscuros. La operación consistió en tres tubos o cables gruesos que se insertaron en la parte posterior de la cabeza de la criatura en una línea horizontal. El cráneo de la criatura estaba expuesto para que pudieras ver claramente la "sustancia cerebral" en el lugar donde se insertaron los cables.
