César Locatelli estaba recorriendo un terreno aislado cubierto de arbustos en busca de una bandada de abejas silvestres cuando se volvió debajo de los árboles y se encontró con un gran objeto azulado brillante y claro en forma de disco que descansaba parcialmente sobre una gran roca.
Dentro del objeto, vio claramente seis figuras humanas de estatura media. Estas figuras vestían túnicas blancas similares a las monásticas, con capuchas que cubrían sus cabezas, que también cubrían sus rostros. Todos estaban de pie alrededor de una mesa de forma ovalada, claramente inclinada sobre ella.
El testigo intentó irse, pero su motor se apagó. Al mismo tiempo, podía escuchar un zumbido agudo. Finalmente pudo arrancar el automóvil y se fue, mirando brevemente hacia atrás en el objeto.
(El testigo regresó al lugar unos meses después y se sorprendió al ver que la gran roca había desaparecido.)

Summary: Cesar Locatelli was driving on a brushy isolated area searching for a swarm of wild bees when he made a turn under some trees and came upon a large transparent brightly lit bluish disc shaped object that was partly resting on top of a large boulder. Inside the object he could clearly see six human-like figures of average height. These figures were wearing white monk like tunics with cowls covering their heads that also hid their faces. They all were standing around an oval shaped table apparently bent over it. The witness attempted to drive away but his engine stalled. At the same time he could her a high-pitched humming sound. He was finally able to start the car and drove away, briefly glancing back at the object. (The witness returned to the site months later and was surprised to see that the large boulder was now gone.)
