Lo que originalmente pensaron que eran luces de aire fueron vistos por un hombre y su esposa en su camino a casa. El objeto parecía moverse todo el tiempo cerca de su automóvil en el lado izquierdo. Las linternas eran cinco naranjas.
Un automóvil que iba en la otra dirección los pasó y el esposo encendió los faros del automóvil. Ambos faros se apagaron, aunque las luces de posición permanecieron encendidas.
Luego condujeron por la carretera, deteniéndose para todos los autos que se aproximaban. Las luces naranjas eran visibles todo este tiempo y parecían detenerse cuando se detenían. Finalmente, las luces giraron hacia el noreste y las luces desaparecieron de la vista.

Summary: What they originally thought were aircraft lights, were observed by a man and his wife on their way home. The object appeared to pace their car on the left hand side, all the time. The lights were five in number and orange in colour. A car passed them going in the other direction, and the husband dipped the vehicle’s headlights. Both headlights went off, although the parking lights remained on. They then drove along the road stopping for all oncoming traffic. The orange lights were visible all this time and seemed to stop when they stopped. Finally the lights veered to the north-east and were lost to view. Total duration was thirty minutes.
