Un hombre de 47 años de Helsinki estaba en su cocina cuando de repente fue arrastrado hacia atrás por un tentáculo de luz que envolvía su pecho. Al dar la vuelta, vio una luz sin forma a una altura de 18 pulgadas (45,7 cm) sobre el piso y a una distancia de aproximadamente 12 pies (3,6 m).
Desde la espiral sobre la luz, una voz se dirigió a él diciendo que había sido elegido para el contacto porque no tenía miedo y dijo que "deseaban lo mejor a la gente".
Al negarse a reunirse con él en persona porque el sonido de su máquina de teletransportación enfureció a los perros, el comunicador invisible dijo que regresarían en dos años.

Summary: A 47-year old Helsinki man was in his kitchen when he found himself pulled backward by at tentacle of light coiled around his chest. Turning around, he saw a shapeless light 18” above the floor and about 12 ft away. From the coiling above the light a voice addressed him, telling him he had been selected for contact because he was not afraid, and saying that they “wished the people well.” Refusing to meet him in person because the sound of their teleporting machine infuriated dogs, the unseen communicant said he would return in two years.
