Initial data
In the Commission for AYA, the electromechanic of the TTC Mikichev I.N. writes.:
On the night of June 15, 1980, at 0-20, my three friends and I saw an unusual phenomenon.
We sat around the campfire and talked. my sister screamed softly and asked us what was on the horizon in the sky. I looked there and saw a halo moving across the sky, with a glowing tail coming from the center behind. Glowing cones of light were visible from above and below (the base of the object). Between the glowing tails, I noticed smaller tails, they also glowed.
The color of this "dot" is yellow-green. The direction of movement is horizontal.
She walked across the sky, and a luminous line curved along a parabola was clearly visible in the sky from behind, slightly wider than the object along with the halo. The ends of it rested on the horizon. Then she stayed in the sky for a long time.
The phenomenon lasted about 1 minute.
After the end of the phenomenon, I asked my companions what they had seen. My brother saw the ball and the same conical rays of light, only the ends of the side rays he saw rounded. Others saw a glowing oval (similar to an airship, according to them).
The phenomenon disappeared suddenly, going behind the trunk of a thin tree that grew nearby, and did not appear through the sparse crown of the tree.

Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
