Initial data
Eyewitness: LATYSHEVA DOBOV FILIPOVNA
On September 20, 1977, at 4:2 a.m., I saw a fairly fast-moving yellow object with a diameter of about 0.5 of the diameter of the Moon. The object was surrounded by a loose silvery-blue cloud of uneven spherical truss density, about 10 times the diameter of the object.
The height of the object above the horizon is about 3-5 degrees.
The light from this whole "picture" was like on a clear moonlit night and such that the television antenna was clearly visible on the nearest buildings. The feeling is that the object is somewhere nearby and is about to crash (collide) into some house. (Figure 1).
Then I moved away from the window and wanted to wake my brother, but changed my mind and went to see if the object had collided with anything. The object was not visible, obviously, he disappeared behind a 14-storey building.
The cloud surrounding the object assumed the shape of an ellipse of uniform density and hung at a height of several hundred meters above the nearest houses. Then, from the far side of the 14-storey building, bright pieces, pieces of what was probably a disintegrated body, appeared and rapidly flew down like drops. (Figure 2)
The azimuth of the beginning of the phenomenon is about 30-35 degrees, the end is 17-22 degrees.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
