Initial data
The white sphere was shot in the east in the sky of the city of Milsbeck.
A round white ball, it didn't blink.
It flew to the (north-) east at a constant speed and suddenly went out after 20-30 seconds.
It wasn't close to the ground, but it wasn't very high either. He wasn't moving fast, but was moving east.
It was definitely not an airplane, and it was too big for a satellite. I didn't hear a sound because of the sound of two helicopters flying south at the same time.
Original news

This version can refer to any observation in the contrast of an object on a solid background, both day and night.
Night it can be a light in a dark house, on the technique in a dark room, etc.
Day the color of the sky sometimes merge with the color of the surface of the Earth at the horizon level. While it may seem that the object on this piece, floating in the sky. It is clearly seen, for example, at the marine landscapes. This illusion may occur as in the photos (especially black and white) and by direct observation.
Satellite

Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.
