THE TESTIMONY OF Mukhin Viktor Viktorovich, a mechanic
On the night of May 14-15, 1981, at 01:50 a.m., I walked along the Palace Bridge from Vasilyevsky Island.
In the direction of the Volodarsky Bridge, I saw a glowing dot with a plume. It was getting closer and bigger before our eyes, turning into a small ball 1/4 the diameter of the full moon. The plume was also increasing.
Then four luminous dots separated from the ball with a plume. They were arranged symmetrically in the shape of a diamond and for some time flew in the same direction as the main object.
Above the Finlandsky railway station, the dots disappeared from view, and the main object began to ascend and disappeared from view behind the Petrograd side.
The observation lasted until 02:05.
