Reading in the "Work" your note "exactly at 4.10" for January 30, 1985 and reaching the place "a tail grew out of it", my memories immediately took me almost 5 years back to the Novgorod region.
...
On the night of July 29th, I again observed a similar pattern. The "sun" appeared, Then a change occurred. The so-called "tail" appeared, resembling a parabola in four quarters.
Then the "tail" began to straighten. It turned out to be a clear horizontal line. And finally, the object disappeared. Such changes continued from 2-30 to 4-30.

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
