Returning from the airfield in an open car, the time was 20-50 - 21-00 at the beginning I saw a small luminous dot behind which there was a thin white plume, in an azimuth of 80-90 degrees 4-6 seconds after the appearance of the plume, the luminous body began to oscillate and at the same time, almost immediately, the plume expanded by about 4-5 times and became somewhat paler.
After 4-6 seconds, the plume became 2 times thinner again.
After 3-4 seconds, the luminous body stopped in place and a luminous cloud began to emit from it, and the body began to rotate counterclockwise, which could be determined by the unwinding of the rays. The glow increased slightly and the small luminous dot began to move away obliquely in the direction of 320-330 degrees upwards.
I watched her for another 15 seconds. The luminous trace was no longer left behind the body, and the trace that remained gradually dissipated into a spiral shape, twisted counterclockwise.
