An eyewitness from Santa Cruz noticed an object in the sky that flashes regularly for a short time and freezes, then flies out.

A green flashing (intermittently) object coming from the south and at the height of the satellite, hovering over the northern coast of South America and a minute later soaring at high speed in an easterly direction.

SANTA CRUZ — Groen knipperend (met tussenpozen) orgaan komende uit zuidelijke richting en op satelliet hoogte die stil hing boven noordkust van Zuid-Amerika en na een minuut met grote snelheid in Oostelijke richting vertrok. Heb als oud gezagvoerder wereldwijd vele waarnemingen mogen doen maar dit fenomeen nog nooit kunnen zien.
