NORILSK, 29.10.79 (excerpts from a private letter )

. On October 22, at 19:40, I personally observed UFOs from my entrance for 8 seconds. At the same time, many Norilsk residents saw the same ship, and such are my workmates: Shevchuk, Oleynikov - you know these people. During October, it was observed by hundreds of people in the Khatanga-Dixon-Norilsk area (especially in the area of Lzhykel). I'll tell you what I saw.

I was walking home to the party asset, I was already approaching the porch, when a schoolboy at the entrance shouted: "Uncle, look, the moon is flying!"

I looked: at an angle of 35-40° in the horizon, a luminous hoop flies over the roof of the house opposite our porch, and in the middle of it is a burning star, the size of an apple, like a porthole... Between the center of the ring and the luminous hoop-crown is an absolutely black ring, which, when flying horizontally, covered the stars.

The UFO was flying from left to right, from Leninsky Prospekt towards Valka. I immediately called Oleynikov at home, he was walking along Leninsky Prospekt and saw the same thing as me, with all the pedestrians who were walking down the street at that time.

As it was later established from the observations of this flight, I saw a UFO in the penultimate phase.

Here are its phases: the arrival is from the west, seen somewhere between the lakes. Pyasino and the Copper Plant, illuminated by rays (six bright daylight rays) at an angle of 30° to the horizon, the earth moved towards Kayerkan, the Nadezhdinsky Metallurgical Plant under construction, then moved to the right, up from the rays to the side by two to three meters, the rays remained hanging in the air as an inversion trail.

At that time, it was the size of a football, like a lantern on the boom of a tower crane at a distance of 1 km from you.

From him, the Archimedes' tail began to spin in a spiral, came out on a circle and shone. Meanwhile, the ball turned into an apple. The flight began - movement (what I saw), slow at first, horizontally, and then went at an angle of 60-70 degrees through Talnakh to Lake Lamu at the speed of light upwards and disappeared.

Shevchuk was on his way home from work by bus at 7.30 pm. There were about 30 people on the bus of our workers. Behind Talnakh, one worker saw a headlight hanging in the direction of the lake. Pyasino, to the right of the road. The bus was stopped, everyone got off. UFOs were observed for all 2 minutes.

Shevchuk saw the phases: hovering and lighting with rays, the beginning of movement and flight with disappearance.

Immediately after the call to Oleynikov, at 20.00, I called the head of the Norilsk garrison (we were sitting in the presidium).

UFOs were not detected by military devices, they saw a lot visually, and observations were established. It is forbidden to take any action against him.

I was talking to the helicopter commander, Mitch (my friend). He, along with his crew and other airport employees, observed all phases of the flight on 10/22/79.

UFOs were repeatedly observed by pilots of IL-I8, TU-I54, AN-26 during flights to Alykel, Dikoon, Khatanga. It coordinates its movement with the planes.

The radio compass only works in the direction of the UFO. It was accompanied by an AN-26 aircraft of the same crew coming from Khatanga. The wife of this commander works with her mother. On October 27, he himself came straight from the flight to their pharmacy, talked and drew.

I saw a rocket ship, the length of the hull is 200-300 meters, it is not visible further, it cannot be disassembled. Three balls are attached to it, 3 portholes on the balls, they illuminate the visible part of the rocket. Below is the flare of the rocket, emitting light. It was observed in flight at a distance of 1 km. I flew towards them. They began to change their course to the right and left, the UFO too, and then passed over the top of the plane and circled it once more. . . It takes three minutes to fly from Khatanga to Norilsk, with an average speed of about 10 km/sec. UFOs hovered more than once over Alykel, planes changed course, re-landed. All residents saw UFOs - Messoyakhi workers. Hundreds of meters of magnetic tape were recorded of conversations between pilots, military airport dispatchers, and KGB officers on duty. Astrophysicists and other scientists are working here now.

Everyone who has seen UFOs, including me, is convinced that this is not a natural phenomenon, but the work of reason... The flight is absolutely silent, it can move along any polyline, i.e. for a living being, you can survive only by immersing yourself in an antigravity field to avoid the forces of inertia...
