Latypov Firdavis is writing to you from Riga. I don't remember in which magazine I read an article about unusual phenomena in the atmosphere, where you asked to report such things, phenomena to your address.

This phenomenon happened in July 1979, in the vicinity of the village of Merekai in the Ordynsky district of the Perm region. Somewhere around 10 p.m., an elliptical-shaped flying body appeared from the direction of the forest, but the exact contours could not be determined. At the same time, the body emitted rays similar to the light of car headlights, and directed downward. The flight speed was commensurate with the speed of a piston-powered aircraft or helicopter, but there was no sound. The flight followed a curved trajectory above the earth's surface.

Then the body sank to the ground. After landing, something like a light cloud or fog rose above the landing site.
