Initial data
A flickering point of light that hangs in the air for a long time was photographed over the city of Gouda.
2 stationary objects, one flickering, the other blinking. It hangs in one place for a long time. We've been watching for 30 minutes and we still see it. Several people look at this and find no other explanation.
Sometimes they move back and forth, but along the same line. In a short time, I saw 4 (one of which passed by the one in the east with a red light), but mostly 2 objects that hung there for hours. I do not know how they appeared.

This version can refer to any observation in the contrast of an object on a solid background, both day and night.
Night it can be a light in a dark house, on the technique in a dark room, etc.
Day the color of the sky sometimes merge with the color of the surface of the Earth at the horizon level. While it may seem that the object on this piece, floating in the sky. It is clearly seen, for example, at the marine landscapes. This illusion may occur as in the photos (especially black and white) and by direct observation.
The heavenly bodies

The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
