22:05 - 23:05 (summer) SV, 50-60° above the horizon. Ellipsoid shape, size 40-45°. Slow movement from CB to C without changing the shape, size and height. The glow is green-blue, faintly bright. There was no sound. Cloudless. The wind is 2 m/sec, the temperature is +10.3°. Radiation measurement is zero.
A phenomenon in the form of a shooting star, from which, as from a flashlight, light emanates, directed downward and illuminating a spot of green-blue color, an eli-shaped shape.
The star moved horizontally very slowly, gradually decreasing for 5 minutes. Then the star and the light go out, a green spot remains, which within 1-2 minutes grew to 40-45 ° magnitude and moves slowly from SV to C without changing size and height, gradually dims and disappears at 23:05.

At 22.05 - a white bright core of about 50 cm in size appeared in the sky, from which a ray of light appeared, as if shining from a large flashlight. I observed from 22:05 to 22:20, on the NE, about 400 to the horizon, I noticed a glowing object from which a beam of light of a weak glow was coming, directed downward. Below this ray, a uniform green-blue glow was observed. There was an impression that the object was rising
up, and then turned and began to move away, leaving only a green-blue glow of the tail with a diameter of the moon at full moon at the same height. The glow remained unchanged until 22.25. Further observation was not conducted.
