THE MESSAGE of Buslaeva Valentina Pavlovna, about the observation of an unusual phenomenon in the village. Baryshevo, Vyborg district, Leningrad region.
On September 12, 1985, in the northeast, I saw an unusual phenomenon, one could say so, if not for the bright rays of electric light forming a fan at an angle of 60 degrees. The rays were collected in a panicle, they were shorter at the edges, slightly longer in the middle, each twig (if I may say so) was straight and clearly visible. The contours of the glow were clear, the rays were relatively short and ended in the air. I did not see them fall to the ground, but if we think that this is an airship, then it hovered over Vuoksa between the villages of Baryshevo and Jatievo.
It was amazing that I didn't see the light source, but only saw real electric light that fell from nowhere, from nothing, i.e. I didn't see the fittings, I didn't see the apparatus where the source was attached. I didn't hear a single sound, the stars were high, the sky was bluish-blue, there was no moon.
Below the rays and slightly to the left was an ellipsoid ball the size of the moon at full moon, when she stands above her head. The ball was blue in color, similar to the glow of burning gas in a burner, without admixture of reddish sparks. Both the beam and the ball seemed to be located both low and close. To the right and left, light clouds swirled between the blue ellipse and the light, which at first I took for a weak northern lights, and it is rarely colored here.
I watched for 10 minutes until I froze (I was standing in the loggia).
Where was which constellation, I don't know, the vision stunned me. But the Big Dipper should be on the left, i.e. in the northwest.
Suddenly the light beam went out, and the ball began to move away to the north and as it moved away it increased in size, becoming sparse. Its color remained blue, but the ball turned into a huge spot. The neighbors of the lower floor saw through the window,
as a blue ball rose in the northwest-an ellipse similar to the moon, so I saw only in another version.
My husband Buslaev Mai Egorovich came and said that he had also seen this spot. In October 1984, at 4 o'clock in the morning, he also observed a similar blue glow, but it was with a purple hue, and in the middle a bright yellow dot (in the direction of Kamennogorsk).
After that, the dot began to make intricate spiral movements and went north. The milkmaids who went to the milking also saw this.
Residents of the village of Goncharovka also saw a yellow ball and what I, i.e., saw a yellow ball and what I, i.e., during the whole month of September 1985.
The planes were not flying at the moment. The weather was cool, cloudless, without wind.
Unfortunately, I cannot make measurements.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
