After the publication in the newspaper "Trud" about the meeting of our plane with a UFO, I want to report what I observed.

It was December 28, 1984, no earlier than 17-50 and no later than 18-00.

I went outside, it was frosty, quiet, the sky was clear. I looked at the sky, the stars were clearly visible, suddenly I noticed a very bright point in the east (maybe in the southeast), it was larger and brighter than an ordinary star, the more it lit up unexpectedly and low above the horizon.

Almost immediately, a greenish cap appeared above her.

I immediately ran home, I wanted my mother, wife, daughter to see, because everything seemed very strange to me. It took only a few seconds, when I jumped out into the street again, the bright point was no longer there, but some kind of vertical stripe appeared and the cap increased.

This band and the cap rapidly increased, the band quickly melted, and the cap increased until it occupied the entire horizon and melted.

People stopped on the road and we stood and discussed what it could be.

Then a few minutes passed, the cap was almost no longer visible, and I noticed over the same place where the bright dot lit up, a "star" high in the sky, which moved very quickly across the sky, in some minute it flew across the entire sky and disappeared from sight in the north (north-west) direction.

I often watched satellites and airplanes fly, it was neither one nor the other, the whole sky flew by very quickly.

I live on the outskirts of Yaroslavl.
