After reading the article "exactly at 4.10" in the newspaper Trud, I can inform you that on December 28, 1984, at seven o'clock in the evening, I noticed a bright star in the sky. In the beginning, I did not pay attention, looking at the sky for the second time, I noticed that it was definitely not a plane in one place and moving, increasing in size. Stopping, I began to look closely, the dot was rapidly approaching and as it approached, greenish and blue circles were clearly visible around it, the dot was moving and the circles were getting wider. I ran, looking around the house, it seemed to me that this cloud was no longer increasing and was not even moving. After leaving the house 5 minutes later, there was nothing in the sky.
