I read your article in the newspaper and decided to write to you what I saw with my friend. On December 27, we went fishing at the Rybinsk reservoir. We were returning late in the evening. Near the village of Manilovo in the Breitovsky district of the Yaroslavl region, my friend drew my attention to the "star". We didn't see how she appeared and I also told him "a star like a star". Then from the "star" (it was red), a sheaf of light fell to the ground, like a white spotlight. It lasted a minute or two. Then the beam disappeared and green circles of regular shape began to diverge from the star. Closer to the center, they were bright green and as they diverged, the greens paled. It took from 3 to 5 minutes and this cloud was over our heads. Then the "star" disappeared. It did not fall to the ground and did not fly away, and it seemed to go out in one place. We observed this phenomenon between 19 and 20 hours. The distance from us to the object is 60-100 km. The height is about 6-10 km .
At this time, the hum of the plane was heard.
