Eyewitness reports:
Apparently, it was a stationary space station that was in synchronized low-Earth orbit over Warsaw, Indiana, on September 12 from 18:30 to 20:15. It wasn't a balloon because it wasn't drifting. Now there was a visible pull. It had an internal structure in the form of a donut with spokes leading to the center, with a common lid.

Now this just came in a few minutes ago. This object does have some similarities to the Chinese spy balloon seen about four months ago over the US, and my have similarities to a weather balloon, but guess what? UFOs do come in this transparent color when they are only semi-cloaked. Also UFOs most common shape is spheres, as we see here. So although there is evidence to it not being a UFO, there is an equal amount of evidence saying it is from past reports, descriptions photos, and yes, video.

Investigation
Based on the blurred foreground of the tree, the object is quite far from the observer. The appearance of the object is typical for balloons (see examples in the gallery version).
Since there is no video of the object, it is quite difficult to confirm or refute the words of an eyewitness about a strange movement that is not typical for balloons. But his description of the object also does not correspond to what he saw in the photo, since "the structure in the form of a donut with spokes leading to the center, with a common lid" is rather an illusion due to the shape and lighting of the object.
Most likely, this is a weather balloon released, for example, by a local airport.
