Initial data
Lyudmila and Alexander Rozhkov write:
We live south of Moscow, in the village of Lyubuchany, Chekhov district. On January 31, my husband came home and showed me an amazing "star" through the window. It was 20-20 or 20-30 of the time. She was a very bright, large-sized white star. She didn't blink or move. We looked at her for a few minutes, but she didn't move. It shone in the west, even a little to the south, not high in the sky. At about 21-10, my husband and I wanted to see her again, but she disappeared without a trace. I read the article in the "Work" later in the evening, otherwise I would have followed it. But maybe someone else was watching this "star" then, so we decided to write.
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies

The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
