Initial data
Nurse Soboleva Lydia P. writes to the Commission on the:
After reading the article "Exactly at 4-10" in the newspaper "Trud" for 30.01.1985, I decided to write that I had observed a similar phenomenon. I don't remember the details, of course, because I didn't try to remember. I believe that it was in the fall of 1984 in the evening somewhere around 17-18 hours. In the evening sky, in the north, on the slope of the sky, literally over a 9-storey building, I saw a glowing ball somewhere 5-8 cm in radius. a ray of light was moving away from him, at an angle with respect to the ground.
This object (ball) did not move. Then the beam disappeared, a bright greenish-bluish glow appeared. When and where the ball disappeared, I can't remember. Then a pale light appeared, as if from behind a cloud.
It all lasted no more than 7-10 minutes while I was walking to the entrance, what happened then I can't know.
The husband who came after me with the children from det. Sada told me that he had just seen a "cloud" - it glowed with a greenish light.
The pilots believe that the object was located near the ground. It seemed to me that it was somewhere at the height of a flying plane. I can't say for sure, but I had the impression that it was low.
Of course, but that evening I couldn't calm down for a long time, there was a very unpleasant feeling of fear, then everything was forgotten and I wouldn't have remembered if I hadn't read the article.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
