In the newspaper "Trud" from 30.01.85 we read an article entitled "Exactly at 4.10".
In September, returning home along the ave. Veterans of Leningrad, at 4-10, my husband and I saw a yellow spot with a diameter slightly smaller than a harrier during the full moon, after we noticed it, a light beam descended from this spot in the starry sky, as from a powerful searchlight, but in layers: it was brighter at the top of the spot, and the bottom was brighter.
For about 10 minutes, we observed this phenomenon, then the beam rose and then fell again vertically to the ground, and as abruptly disappeared as it appeared, and the spot began to change its shape, as if blurring. At the same time, acquiring a green hue, the glowing peculiar halo around the spot disappeared and the green cloud floated to the northeast. When I came home from the apartment window, I watched the green cloud until 4-50.

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
