A large balloon was seen over the city of Lelystad in the clear transparent air:

In Lelystad, I looked out of the window at a completely clear sky full of stars, and in one flash for 1 or 2 seconds I saw a huge light (ball) very high in the sky, which came into view as quickly as this one. One, just as quickly disappeared again. It's like a picture was taken.

Earlier, 2021 was observed in approximately the same place in the sky.

LELYSTAD, FL — Keek in Lelystad omhoog uit raam in een volledige heldere lucht vol sterren waar ik in 1 flits gedurende 1 of 2 secondes een groot licht (bol) heel hoog in de lucht zag die even snel als deze in beeld kwam, even snel weer verdween. Alsof er een foto werd genomen.
Eerder waargenomen 2021 op ongeveer dezelfde plek aan de hemel.

The storm

The storm is an atmospheric phenomenon in which the inside of clouds or between the cloud and the earth's surface arise electrical discharges - lightning accompanied by thunder.
