Slept. Woke up for natural reasons. It was a pleasant feeling, as if I had had a good night's sleep. I looked at my watch - it was 4:18 in the morning. I went to the kitchen to get some water. I happened to look out the window and saw a bright light in the sky, which was visible as if the sun's rays were breaking through the clouds.

I felt a little uneasy. Gradually calming down, I saw something like an "opening in the sky" in the starry sky, which is light blue in color. The sky at that time was without a single cloud, a star. The extraordinary light phenomenon that I observed for the first time was at an angle of 15 degrees above the horizon. Its dimensions were about 100 mm wide at arm's length, and about 60-70° long. All this light phenomenon was observed in the northeast (closer to the east), the distance to the glow was difficult to determine. The color of the glow did not change. Over time, a "fog" began to appear around the edges.

At the very beginning, when I saw a bright bluish light, a whistling sound was heard, which caused a feeling of fear and was somehow uncomfortable.

I observed this light phenomenon from 04.19 to 04.50 constantly with breaks every 10 minutes. Stars began to peek through the "fog".
