Approx. time. 20.05 Went out with the dog for a walk. When I was leaving the cell block, [...] I noticed a bright red object flying between the blocks. The light did not flicker, did not come out of the headlights, as it happens with airplanes. The object just glowed red. He disappeared behind the block for a moment.
I quickly walked with the dog towards the clearing in front of the block, about 70 m. I looked up and saw this object again. It flew from the north-west direction/from Sobieski Street (towards the south-east /over Gusarskaya Street) and disappeared over the Sivinsky Street skyscraper.
It seems to me that the height could be about 2-4 km, but I'm not sure. Passenger planes fly over Legionovo all the time and you can more or less determine the altitude of their flights. The size of the object is estimated at 4-5 sizes of Venus. The object only glowed red. No flashes were flashing, and no other light sources were visible.
According to an eyewitness, the weather conditions were good. The object moved soundlessly. After a minute or two, the object disappeared, but after a while a similar object appeared, which was also noticed by a woman passing by.

Legionowo (mazowieckie)„Ok. godz. 20.05 wyszedłem z psem na spacer. Gdy wychodziłem z klatki bloku, [...] zauważyłem lecący między blokami obiekt w kolorze jasno czerwonym. Światło nie migało, nie wydobywało się z reflektorów, jak ma to miejsce u samolotów. Obiekt po prostu świecił na czerwono. Na chwilę zniknął za blokiem. Szybko poszedłem z psem w stronę polany przed blokiem ok. 70 m. Spojrzałem w górę i znowu zobaczyłem ten obiekt. Leciał z kierunku północno zachodniego/od ul.Sobieskiego (w kierunku południowo wschodnim/nad ul.Husarską) a zniknął nad wieżowcem ul. Siwińskiego. Wydaje mi się, że wysokość mogła wynosić ok. 2-4 km ale nie jestem tego pewien. Nad Legionowem cały czas latają samoloty pasażerskie i można mniej więcej określić wysokość ich lotów. Wielkość obiektu oceniam na 4-5 wielkości Wenus. Wymieniony obiekt świecił tylko czerwonym światłem. Nie migały żadne stroboskopy i nie widoczne były inne źródła światła.” Według świadka, panowały dobre warunku pogodowe. Obiekt poruszał się bezdźwięcznie. Po minucie lub dwóch, obiekt zniknął, jednak po chwili pojawił się podobnych obiekt, który widziała również przechodząca kobieta.
