A witness living in a hotel looked out the window and saw a spherical object "below the height of the street lights", the glare of which was reflected in the surface of the UFO.
The balloon silently flew over the road just 5 meters from the window, and the witness had the opportunity to get a good look at him before he hid behind a neighboring building.

(lubelskie)Przebywający w hotelu świadek wyjrzał przez okno widząc sferyczny obiekt „poniżej wysokości, na jakiej znajdują się lampy uliczne", których blask odbijał się w powierzchni NOL. Kula leciała nad drogą, nie emitując żadnych dźwięków. Świadek twierdzi, że w pewnym momencie znalazła się w odległości zaledwie 5 m. od jego okna i miał on okazję doskonale się jej przyjrzeć. Po chwili, skryła się za pobliskim budynkiem.
