Initial data
The next observation of the creature, now more like a celestial squid, happened on December 24, 1999 in Belarus.
On this day, two witnesses from the Vitebsk region saw a huge elongated object in the sky, which was blue and red, like "the color of clouds at sunset", with a slightly angular shade and a rounded shape, with an asymmetric front and back, which were described as indistinct, as if blurred.
The object seemed brighter than the early evening sky and was slightly luminous, translucent, and it seemed that it was all pulsating when moving like something alive, and it moved across the sky as if a sea creature was swimming in water, while completely silent.
Otherwise, the sky was completely clear, and both witnesses described that they had the feeling that they were not looking at any vehicle, but rather as some kind of living being. Both eyewitnesses did not observe this "squid" for a long time, as the object suddenly seemed to "break up into dots" before completely disappearing.
It is interesting to note that there is one report of an Aeroflot pilot who claimed to have seen something similar during a flight over the same area in 1985.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
