I saw this object near the store. I couldn't remember the date of this event, probably the winter of 1997. The object has the shape of a triangle with several red and green lights at the bottom.
The object made a sound similar to a horn, but only a few times. The duration of this event is about 10 seconds, maybe a little more. The object was hanging at a height of about 20 meters above the ground.
