The witness, who was in a coastal villa, was looking out the window at the ocean when his attention was drawn to a tall human figure moving across the seaside sand.
The figure above was red and moved with a slight hunch. A few bright flashes of light seemed to come from the figure, as it was clearly carrying some object or tool.
After a while, the figure disappeared behind the rocks.

A witness staying at a seaside villa was looking out the window towards the ocean when his attention was diverted to a tall man-like figure moving around the seashore sand. The figure was red on top and was moving around slightly hunched over. Several bright flashes of light seemed to emanate from the figure as he apparently carried some type of object or tool. After awhile the figure disappeared behind some rocks.
