An eyewitness from the city of the Hague writes:
We saw a bright, motionless sphere that barely moved. After a few minutes, the light slowly went out. We also saw a blinking point of light at the side of the object.

DEN HAAG, ZH — We zagen een felle, stilstaande bol die nauwelijks bewoog. Langzaam doofde de bol na een paar minuten. Ook zagen we een knipperend lichtpuntje aan de zijkant van het object.

Investigation
It is quite difficult to determine the origin of the object from the photo, but according to the description of an eyewitness, it can be assumed that it is an airplane.
