The anonymous witness, aged about 22, was returning home after meeting his fiancee when his car stopped of its own accord.
Then he saw a humanoid creature about 3 feet (0.9 m) tall, with very large feet and "arms so long that I couldn't tell if it had arms." Green in color, with pointed ears on top. The creature's back was turned. He went to the ditch and stepped into it. Then he looked with "very black eyes" at the witness, who "felt something like a wave in my head," and turned away in fear. Soon after, the car's engine started up again.
The witness went to the doctor for a neurological examination, which showed that he was healthy.
